Compliant about a Warranty Radio/Camera/Car Apple play Device and Installation

We want to upgrade and We have installed a radio with reverse camera and Apple car play in December 2024. It worked the day we left them and while on travelling to Cape Town the next day we started experiencing problems and went back twice to see if they can fix it. Eventually they replace the radio /camera in July and it worked again for a week but then it started again. First only one person can connect which was a problem as we share the car when we drive around. When you get calls the radio still plays and when you play music off your IPhone the radio is also on. Eventually we complained again and the owner De wet told us he will speak to the supplier and get back to us. Two weeks later he said the supplier said it’s 8 months later so they can’t do anything cos they already replaced it with a new one. We are not happy as we want our money back and they can’t take their radio and replace our existing radio with camera back. No one wants to take ownership of this problem.
