Pathetic Service

I ordered parts in Feb 2022

The Parcel I received from DPL (their courier) was labelled for me but had NOTHING from my order. I received somebody else's order.

I informed both companies about the mistake BUT have not been given any indication of WHERE MY ORDER is.

Truly Pathetic service
