Gearify - BAD SERVICE

Ok where do I start, ordered the item 11th of Jan 2022, and paid it the same day although there was a notice to be patient that shipment could take longer due to covid? 20 Jan first update and feedback that I could reverse my order or wait 10-25 business days. I choose to wait. 70 days later I came to HelloPeter and the next day I got a notification that the item has been shipped. The next day 14/03/2022 I received my order. The 4 April I unpack the item and was not working and Gearify notified me to collect the item and AGAIN NO ANSWER or FEEDBACK. Will not buy anything or advise anybody to use them because of the feedback and lack of interaction.
