BAD SERVICE - ZERO RESPONSE

Placed an order on 3 April 2022 and has remained in processing ever since tried to email them twice to cancel the order as per their policies with zero replays. I have ordered multiple other items from china even after this order at gearify all arrived. Truly pathetic how this company operates. (Order #G842061)
