Bad service

Our vehicle was repaired by A-Z in February 2015 - it broke down on 5 May 2015 and we had to tow it to their premises for repairs under their guarantee.<br> <br> Since 5 May 2015 to date (12 May 2015) they did not touch the car, advise what the problem is and when I phoned the owner John had a very bad attitude and said that he is very busy and if I want I can take my car somewhere else !!! The repairs in February 2015 was over R3 000 and was paid in full. <br> <br> I do not need this kind of attitude and need my car as I have to take my child to school and i am working - I cannot be without a car for such a long time - they never informed us when the vehicle will be finished - every day we ask and the only answer is - tomorrow !!!!!<br>
