Warning-Gearbox Mobile - Wynberg

Please be aware of these people that claim they can fix any gearbox. Their website is misleading, their customer care is disgusting and their feedback is non-existing. When you try and get your vehicle out after they did nothing but cause more damage they have threatening mannerisms and even have some sort of a 'bodyguard' that accompanies their co-owner as the foreman virtually 'ran' from the premises, claiming covid. We were treated with such disrespect for 4 days when we wanted to collect our vehicle. There are no covid-19 regulations, no hand sanitizer in the reception area, no masks are worn, no toilet seats on their toilets, soap or hand towels - extremely unhygienic and the receptionist has no experience in customer service. No water or refreshments were offered and doors were locked so that we could not enter the premises. We had to pay R9000.00 to get our vehicle out as they called it a 'strip and quote' of which they actually damaged the gearbox and did not hand back any parts! HUGE WARNING ON THIS COMPANY!
