Need my car to be fixed asap

I took my car to mobile gearbox a renault clio to be fixed 2 months ago as it was giving me problems with gearbox. Still today they haven't fixed my car they are telling me stories that they are busy with the vehicle , i don't know what to do now as I've already paid them.
