POOR WORKMANSHIP

We send our car to Gearbox Klinique in the beginning of July 2015 as we were referred to them by our insurance as there was a problem with the gearbox of the car.The insurance refused to pay for the repairs & we decided that we will pay for the fixing of the car ourselves.They quoted us on the 14.07.2015 for R40000.00 of which we had to pay R25000.00 before they started to work on the car.We received our car back some time in October beginning of November & since than we had endless problems with the car.We would drive & the car would just stall & not move at all. We discussed this with the manager of Gearbox Klinique Deon & his daughter Bianca,who told us to bring the car back.This we did about 5 or 6 times & the car would be there for a week or two or some times longer without any phone call or feedback until we phone to find out than all of a sudden the car would be fixed & we must collect the car.Everytime we get the car back it is worse than the previous time & from the looks of it they never did what they were supposed to do on the car.One time we got the car back & the central locking did not work at all & the only problem was the gearbox.The car has been there for a month
