Claim Against Gearbox Klinique - Mr. JA Lerutle Co

Dear Sir/Madam<br> <br> As discussed telephonically, I Alex Lerutle, owner of the vehicle, Mercedes Benz, model 220 C Class, color burgundy, registration JGJ233GP, as listed on the attached invoice, gave the service provider, being Gearbox Klinique, as stated on the invoice, dated 4th March 2014, to repair gearbox and also attend to the transmission oil leakage.<br> <br> The car was with Gearbox Klinique, for approximately three (3) months, but car was not properly fixed. I called them and even visited them to discuss the issues and they promised to call me to bring it in to correct issues i.e. kickdown and transmission oil leak. I waited until 2015 because of their promise.<br> <br> When I called them on 8th of May 2015, they instructed me to bring the car on the 11th May 2015, and the car has since been with them.<br> <br> the above complaint was sent to RMI on the 09.11.2015. On the 30.11.2015 Gearbox came to collect the car, they have since not responded.
