Had the pleasure of dealing with Dan after experiencing shocking service from another specialist workshop.....within an hour of my car being towed to Gearbox King, Dan had phoned me with a diagnosis and explained the intricacies of the problem in language even I could understand. He could not do the work himself as he was snowed under (always a good sign), but went out of his way to set me up with a trusted colleague who is working on my car now.
