TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>I took my car to Gearbox Exchange in Pretoria West on the 16 October 2014. I paid them R31 500.00 as per their quotation. The car was in their hands for two years four months without any feedback from them when I call them I was told that there is an electrical problem. Last week I decided to go and fetch my car because it was standing there for too long. without any progress, They refuse to reimburse me my money and the car is worse because now the exhaust pipe is broken, However it was in good condition when I took it there. I have to keep the car with me because it was too long, and When I fetch the car it was so dirty inside with dog hair looks like they used it for the dog to sleep in.</p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Beaulah</p>
