Poor, worse & unprofessional service ever

<p>when i started experiancing gearbox problem with my car, i took it to gearbox exchange in Pretoria West for inspection and repairs, after being stripped and inspected i was informed that to replace the box i have to pay R25452 of i did not have a problem since te car was still under warranty i only had to pay certain percentage of that amount. when the car was done it couldnt start and warranty had to pay an extra R9900 to furthur repair the car. After I fetch the car from this place and i only drove it for two weeks and the same gearbox problems started again and i took it back to cut the storry short i have taken the car back five times for the same problem as the worse part the last time i got stucked in Bloemfontein driving from Cape town, i had to hire a tow truck to take my car to Pretoria for the same problem they claim they fixed and the worse thing is i was told my car will be ready today at 15:00 when i called this morning ( 09:00 30/09/2016) i flew from Cape town to Gauteng when i got the their workshop at 14:40 the place was closed. When i tried phoning them no response. i really do not know what to call this.........................................</p>
