Gearbox guarantee service very bad.

Took ages to repair a gearbox then told lies. Now has a guarantee problem and they have had the car for 5 days . Haven't even looked at it after requesting it in Early on the Monday. **** again every day and then put down the phone on us.Absolutely disgusting service. Said they would look at it Monday afternoon. Today is Thursday and have **** that they were busy with it every day. It has not even been checked!! Now put the phone down on us .
