Gearbox Centre Customer Service Level

This is definitely not the service I received. . Gear box centre fixed my car last week which was charged at 6900 which was 2000 more than another provider. I trusted good workmanship therefore and went ahead with the 6900 quote. I was asked to come to collect the car and it had grease and was in a filty condition. They offered to wash but I had time constraints and had to leave to work. A week later I found that there was something wrong as it felt as though something was moving under the car by the pedals. Upon phoning in, Afzal said I should come straight there in the morning and he will get his guys to check it out immediately for me. Upon arrival after reminding him of his promise, he just screamed at me in his reception area pointing a finger and telling me I'm disrespectful because I challenged what he actually told me over the phone which was to come through and get attended to immediately. This was in front of 3 of their staff and a senior manager who can stand witness to the behavior. I actually would like for someone to view footage to clarify. I find this business practice totally uncouth and unacceptable and I choose never to deal with Gearbox center again. I'm sure when I tell the rest of social media of what happened, they may reconsider dealing with this man. Afzal should never be working with clients because he has no way of talking to people. He should be put at the back of your office to do quotes for the interest of the business and new potential clients and customer service.
