VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Gearbox and Diff King in Witbank

The Owner of this company does not have any respect for his customers or their vehicles. We took our car to him he said we need a new clutch kit, we had to order our own clutch kit at a company, we then took the car to him with the new clutch kit, he then broke the new clutch kit and claimed that the company gave us a broken clutch kit but we gave the part back to them to investigate and they wrote out a report stating that the owner of Gearbox and Diff King did infact damage the part.We went back to him and he refused to replace it so the company we bought it from said its fine they wil fix it for us under their cost and we are so thankfull for that and waiting for the part that he broke made us not have a car for a whole month and then the owner of Gearbox and Diff King then started to scream at us everytime we phone to hear news about our car. He then tried to tow our car without our permission so we had to rush over to him to stop him... After receiving the new part he put it in but after we got our car back it did not go into gear and we have already paid for everything we told him the car is still not fixed and he and his wife were very rude to us and said its not their problem anymore, we also found that our back window was damaged and now raining wet through the hole and we have scratches on the car. We are very disappointed the car was worse when we got it back. He screams and swears at his customers i have no idea why he would act this way we treated him with respect.
