They don't seem to carry stock - massive delays.

I ordered a phone (that was in stock when I paid for it) and it still hasn't arrived 4 weeks later (delivery was to be up to 8 working days). They still don't have it in stock and are suggesting that it may be another 4 weeks before I get it. However, they don't actually know when it will be in stock. They have helpful online support and each time I follow up they offer me more reward points for the delay. I'm not sure to what avail as I could never order from them again and the points would be useless. I have sent them 5 other alternative phones that look like they are in stock but are not. I would strongly recommend contacting them to confirm stock before ordering.
