THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I ordered a cellphone from the online website and checked out with express shipping. i paid immediately and on the same day. 6 days later the funds have been reversed and sent back. i was told by the bank that their bank account is frozen - clearly a great start

so after waiting an hour an a half in the live chat service i get given a bank address in the middle of ??????

so obviously my bank wont do the transaction. lovely---eventually pay the order by PayPal

two days later my product has not dispatched so again 2 hours later in the live chat service its because the shipping company wont deliver. which is bull**** because i use that same shipping company for many other delivery services.

so they make me switch and i agree to pay the additional fee of around ZAR251 (in addition to what ive already paid on checkout for shipping)

the next day again they tell me i must pay not ZAR251 buyt rather an additional ZAR750

This is a clear abuse of consumer rights and this business has no integrity. i hope they get shutdown in the near future
