Pathetic service

My package has been sent 60 days ago and tracking still has not updated i contacted buffaloex 3 times and each time they tell me they have not received any parcel yet this is **** service i paid for sa express shipping and still not even tracking updated

I demand to have my parcel resend with dhl free of charge
