No Delivery

hi,...Ordered and paid for cables from this company Gearbest in April 2019. To day is the 5th of August 2019 and still nothing. I have to constantly ask them about where it is..Now they are asking be my details, in stead of telling me what detail they have of me. This is the first bad experience I've ever had online and I'm not surprised that that they are based in Australia/USA. Me
