Mistakes were made.

This is a ****. I ordered a phone from them. It is now 22 days later and it still hasn't shipped. They gave a tracking number for DHL. DHL, on the other hand, said they haven't received the package 10 days after the paperwork was submitted. Gearbest says it must be a virus at DHL. What a joke.
