Good job GearBest.com

I am a happy customer of the Chinese on-line retailer GearBest.com for already a few years now. I mainly purchased Smartphones at GearBest.com so I can only share my experience on that matter. To me it is by far one of the best. I tried serveral other sites where either you got cloned or imitation devices of Chinese brands or were stuck with a ****py customer service. I have never experienced this at GearBest. They are swift in taking care of your questions/issues. Of course, sometimes they cannot solve things (e.g. like custom issues). Living in Belgium the waiting time is a bit of a drawback but I have learned to live with it. It is possible to speed things up when you choose premium delivery methods but that is something I don't do. In short I can recommend (and I certainly did among friends) this retailer as being correct, swift and customer minded. Good job GearBest
