Gearbest - more like Gearbust

My item arrived today and I was so excited to use it for the first time. I opened the box which was severely damaged in every area carefully not wanting to do any further damage. I noticed that it had already been opened before it had reached its destination, in other words before it had reached me. Other than the box being very damaged inside everything was packaged neatly and looked very good. I took out the user manual and read it thoroughly because this machine I had been searching for, for a very long time so I was extra careful in my approach for first use. I unpackaged everything very carefully and hooked the machine up to test it with water as the primary reason for me buying this machine was to ozonate water. It ran for about a couple of minutes and then abruptly stopped followed by smoke coming from the machine. I immediately unplugged the cable and smelled the input of the plug and there was no smell of shortages or electric failure. The machine however smelt of something plastic that has melted inside, my conclusion here being that the issue was definitely with the machine itself and it was an internal problem whether it is a factory fault or the result of hard handling making its way to South Africa that I cannot say but something inside the machine is definitely damaged and the machine also no longer switches on at all. I'm very sad about this experience as I was looking forward to having this product immensely and I hope Gearbest can resolve the situation as soon as possible as I feel having paid for such an expensive machine as well as express shipping deserves some kind of urgency as clearly, I was urgently requiring this product. ------- It's been several days without a solution. I would please like a refund on the defective product. The box was in shambles and the product lasted just under 5 minutes. I've waited patiently for a response to the issue, now I would please like some action to be taken.
