dont trust gearbest its **** online shopping

they are delivered my product and said its delivered, if i trace they log i am not answered, but no one called me. so they returned my product.

if i speak with call center they said 5-6 business days to trace.

they charged extra money for fast delivery with registered courier and online tracking system access to deliver with in 5 to 10 days, but tracing only they are saying 5-6 business days they if they found any problem again they will send in normal courier means 20-30 days.

if i ask i paid for registered courier they why you need that much time, they are not answering.

if i ask about money refund if they not deliver call center person disconnected chat, i try to chat again they are not coming online.
