Do not deliver products

I ordered a smart watch on 30 August 2017 to be delivered in South Africa. Until today(23 October 2017) I have not received the smart watch. Tried contacting support but they ignore communication to them. This site seems like a **** because after making payment you are ignored. Ordered on other sites in the same country as gearbest and takes less than 1 month to deliver.
