Copy paste replies and refusing to refund my money

Spent extra money on selecting a premium delivery service, it is now since OCTOBER 2017 and I am still waiting for my Leeco s3 x626 smartphone from Gearbest.

Tracking number supp**** does not pickup anything anymore, Gearbest tried to smear me off with a small amount of coupons because they selected free shipping option which does not work out 90% of the time, if it is to South Africa.

Now I am $113 dollars +- out of pocket and Gearbest refuses to give me a refund on something I did not receive, they keep copy pasting the same replies stating that the package is on its way but clearly they can't seem to grasp the fact that nobody on the South African side knows about this package because the tracking number does not pickup.

I will be taking further legal action against this company If my money is not refunded soon
