I have always purchased when is holidays offering time. Their discounts for black friday, cyber monday and Chinese new year are famous. Nowadays the customer services has improved so much that it doesn't differ from Amazon or Ebay, maybe better at times. Prices are great and the quality is top. You don't get refurbished stuff from GB. Sometimes they run out of certain items but restocking is pretty fast. It happened with a couple of android boxes but then it was worth the wait
