AVOID GEARBEST AT ALL COSTS.....

After ordering a 3d printer from this site I have had nothing but endless trouble... first it arrives with crucial components missing which meen I cant even asseble it not to mention use it...

next I contact customer support which is useless replying to a ticket exactly once per day means it took 2 weeks just to get my options out of them.

after specifying that I would like the outstanding parts delivered via DHL as the rest of the package was they agreed. Only to ship them via regular post 3 weeks later which when you live where I do can take upwards of 6 months to arrive.

then after failing to even let me know they have shipped my parts I contacted them and they informed me that the extra 6 month wait will be reimbursed with points to the value of 1 % of the original shipping cost.

I have spoken to multiple people at gearbest and found all of the to be of less than average inteligence rude insincere inconsiderate lazy and downright dishonest

I recomend people avoid this site at all cost

I would rather die than shop with them again
