Worst customer service!

The most frustrating company to deal with by far. Just to get them to answer the phone is almost impossible. Their tracking system is useless, my parcel is just stuck on " on route to delivery hub" and when i ask which delivery hub they have sent it to so that i can just rather fetch it myself, they give me a company name that doesn't exist in my area. Terrible customer service, no help whatsoever!
