We ordered stock from a company in JHB that couriered the parcel to us using Gear up Couriers

We ordered stock from a company in JHB that couriered the parcel to us using Gear up Couriers. They delivery was quick and efficient, they collected the parcel on the Wednesday the 10th of Jan and it was deliver on Thursday the 11th, so excellent service in that regard. So why 4 stars... we need to travel from Mozambique to Nelspruit to collect the goods, when we checked on the parcel tracking we saw it was on route to the delivery hub, the tracking was updated on the 10th to show it was on route… no further updates were done. we delayed our trip to South Africa because we were not sure if the parcel had been delivered yet and it was no good going if it was not there. We followed up first thing on the Monday (15th), they were super efficient with their follow up responses and sent the signed delivery note within 15 minutes. (Thanks Lynette) we found it had been delivered on the 11th. Had their system been updated we would have been able to travel as planned. so service 5/5 customer query service 5/5, tracking system 2/5...
