The Worst Courier Company I Have Ever Used

This is the worst courier I have ever had to deal with.

I ordered a PC from a very reputable and fantastic company from Johannesburg. Unfortunately, they use Gear Up Couriers as their couriers.

I specifically told them to call me as they arrived outside my home. The reason is that I stay in an apartment and there is no way of contacting the unit from outside the complex.

Their driver arrives at my complex and decides not to call me. Then the driver proceeds to allow some random person to sign my package that is worth a significant amount of money. The driver then leaves and now this random person has my package. Please bear in mind my name is completely different to the person he decided to allow to sign my package.

Fortunately, there are still honest people in this world. Because the person realised it wasn't their package and came to my unit to hand me my brand-new PC.

If the person had decided not to be honest I would've had to file an insurance claim and wait even longer for my PC.

So please avoid using them. I was hoping that they would provide excellent service so that I could use them in the future. I was terribly wrong.

If you do use them, I wish you the best of luck as you might not receive your package.
