I refer to Order #GJ1183, placed and paid for on 6 August 2026, in the amount of R1,296.00 via PayFast. Despite numerous emails sent to you, I have received no meaningful response, no tracking information and no delivery of the goods purchased. More than five weeks have now passed since payment was made. Due to your continued failure to deliver my order and your failure to respond to my repeated correspondence, I hereby give you formal notice that I am cancelling Order #GJ1183 due to non-delivery. I demand a full refund of R1,296.00 to the original payment method.

To other consumers: Do not buy from them. Facebook, Instagram or www.gearjunction.co.za. On the some od the comments on Facebook under the products there is similar posts that try to hide from people that have problems with them.
