Their service felt personal from the start. Being able to chat on WhatsApp to get instant feedback on my order and the timeous updates during delivery as well just put me at ease all the way. Competitive prices and amazing customer service means that I will for sure be considering them for any future PC purchases.

Even when I ran into a small technicality with the stock CPU cooler (Ryzen 5 5600G) blocking one RAM slot on my mini ATX board, they offered to give me free delivery if I ordered a cooler from them and the person I spoke to even mentioned they could look at cheaper options if I was on a tight budget (considering the customer again). Fortunately I found out that the top part of the cooler can just clip off as it's merely fancy AMD branding so semi-stressed-out crises averted.
