Old school customer focused service from a new up and coming company!

Wow, excellent service that far exceeded my expectations. I had never ordered from Gear here before, but I will most definitely order from them again. The have a great and ethical way with dealing with their customers. I would even say in an old school - the customer comes first way which is so refreshing and far better than many of the bigger companies that sell computer components. I ordered a graphics card from them, they confirmed availability at the warehouse. They kept me up to date every step of the way. Unfortunately there was a mistake at the warehouse and the card I paid for was not in stock. However and this is huge in my books and talks to the staff and company's character. They provided me an alternative that cost a bit more at no expense to me. That is unheard of in this day and age. I had a similar issue with a another well known computer store and they wouldn't even attempt to help at all even though I was a customer of theirs close on 10 years. Gear here are amazing, they are customer focused, helpful efficient and there prices are really good! They have my customer loyalty!
