I placed an order online on 24 May

I placed an order online on 24 May. They never indicated that the Boot was outstocked. I continually requested feedback and was told they waiting for stock. I decided on 10 June to cancel the order. They asked for my bank details for the refund via email: ***, I sent an email on 14 June to ask when I will be refunded. No response til to date. I cant access their website anymore. Seems like I'm blocked.
