Goods ordered and paid for - nothing arrived!

I paid Gear Avenue R829.00 in lieu of goods ordered on 3 July 2015 (Order No: 15240) - to date (14 Sept 2015) nothing has arrived and no response has been forthcoming to numerous emails i have sent to Thesigan...really bad service bordering on ***** - i plan to lay charges within 3 weeks if this situation continues - plus the website has been removed...
