Expect delays and poor communication

I placed an order online. The item was priced well and it was in stock so I went ahead and paid via Paypal. Firstly I was overcharged by a small amount - I attribute it to the conversion rate and I let it go.<br> <br> After placing my order I was told in an email: \Your order is being processed and we'll keep you updated every step of the way.<br> We are currently out of stock at the moment of the at this time."<br> <br> Well the communication was abysmal. I always had to enquire first before I heard anything. I was never given an apology"
