Threatening for summons of arrest at work

I have an account that has been handed over to the attorney for school fees. Currently I'm being called and harrassed by staff member Mala Lochan. She threatening me to send police for summons of arrest has I am unable to make the requested payment. I have tried to explain my issues but she refuses to listen and demands payment even now threatening nme whilst I am at work. Is there something that I can do has u am a single mom trying to do my level best and not running from my amount owed but the manner of approch of Mala Lochan is not acceptable. I can't even concentrate bat work now due to her threats. Not the way to handle a client.
