Worst Service - Poor Telephone skills

GDE system not working , been trying to get a space for my child at a school since last year , I tried calling Sybil regarding the complaint I had with your staff that is not assisting me with applying online for a space in Noodwyk Primary Grade 1.I went to the school for assistance , they saw that no schools were coming up and requested me to go to the education department but when I went there they stated that they cannot assist and I must call in , i called in January spoke to a Bongani he said that I must call the next day so i called again for a whole week then again i spoke to Khanyisa which gave me the runaround also but when i advised her that i will escalate the matter she gave me Solonzi number *** when I called him he explained to me very nice on how it works and requested that i call Thabang or Thulani which I did but the numbers did not go thru so i sent whatsapp messages which none of them came back to me. I called the school again last week seeing that my child was doing grade R and they advised that i must follow up today 15/02/2021 so when i called again they stated that i need a reference number which is what i do not have due to the runaround and no assistance. I called again now and they stated i must escalate to Vutlhari , the agent that i spoke to was Xikondbiso very rude with no telephone skills.
