The GDE system is failing us!!

I app**** to two schools in Carletonville, on the 23rd of May, which was on time for applications, submitted all the required documents and even got an sms saying my documents where verified. On the 18th of November I was still sitting with a child that is not yet placed in any school. On the 19th of November I went to Department of Education Randfontein where to my surprise I was told that my son was not placed because the system says I had not submitted my proof of address and was adviced to go enquire with the schools which on the 20th of November I went and did. Both schools confirmed that my documents where complete and where submitted as such for the department of Education I then went back to the department of Education in Randfontein with this information and was told I would be called the following day since the manager was at a meeting. Today, the 21sf of November, I received an Sms, which to them is 'good news', my child has been placed at a school I know nothing about. I am a working mom who works at a mine and I am at work by 6 o'clock so the schools I APP**** TO ARE TRANSPORTATION FRIENDLY FOR Me, and the department of Education thinks it's good news that my son has been placed at a school I know nothing about. I am very disappointed because I did everything on time and now I have to be stressed as if I was in the wrong!!!
