GDE ONLINE APPLICATION IS FAILING OUR KIDS

I app**** on the first day of applications for grade 1 and uploaded all needed documents which were verified. I later received an SMS that school have reached full capacity HOW ?! I know people who stay further who received offers to the same schools. I called and emailed and was advised to wait . Now I find myself in panic mode coz I'm getting offers from schools I have never heard of that are far with a language barrier issue. There is no transport from my area to the school, My prefed first language for my child is English,they offer a school that has IsiZulu as a first language. Why can we not choose schools that we prefer and afford for our kids? It should go back to first come first serve basis.. This GDE online application process is NOT WORKING
