GDE Admissions system not working for us

Our goverment is failing us with this called online application, the system has lots of gaps, our kids will not got to school next year because of this system. I did the application online and my child was automatically placed, and they claim that the school is our feeder zone and it's not. They placed my child far away from our home and our feeder zone school rejected us because the system already notified them that we've been placed. I tried to call the school and explain my sistuation, it didnt help because there's nothing they can do since they follow this GDE Admission system rules. I also contacted GDE and didn't get help, I wanted them to give me access on the system or someone to help me reject the offer so that other schools can still admit me but they told me that only developers can have access to do that, really now. This system is not reliable, not working for us at all, better we apply straight at the schools. I'm afraid my child will not go to school next year, because of this system.
