GDE Admissions into GRADE 1

We have encountered a serious problem in the GDE process and GDE Admission system. We have tried contacting the GDE admissions department and district offices to assist but the failed us dismally . The fix should take no longer that 5 mins as it is only the location information that is incorrect on the system. This is causing a huge delay in the admission of our child into grade 1 , we possibly stand the chance of loosing a spot in the school that we live only 2-3 Kms from which the system says we live 54.7 kms from. This issue lies with the department and the department only can rectify it. Please can someone attend to rectifying the system urgently to avoid further issues. GDE you have been notified !!!!!
