Department of education and their replacement system I'm so not happy with the system. FIRST Couldn't get access to my profile the ID number was wrong had to call the call center numerals time Then after some weeks I was helped then I was provincially accepted in the school I didn't apply for. still I called the call center even went to the department they said I should wait for the other schools . Why was this system implemented if its gonna give us problems.

NOW MY CHILD ID BE PLACED IN THE SCHOOL I DONT WANT.

Still I went back yesterday I was the from 5h45 am in the morning came back at 5 pm still I wasn't helped they told me the is a possibility my child wont even have a school until Feb. Kanti why r we being played here who came up with this system why is de department or their call center not being helpful. U should have seen how many parents where der yesterday I'm so disappointed normally by December I'm sorted I have already bought stationary nd uniform for my kids seem like I'm gonna be stressing over this festive season as if I'm a parent who doesn't take care of her child.

Can the minister pls do something even bringing back the old system where by we go to schools and register. Cause we all know we need to apply early to get placement in the schools we want.
