Misleading Marks, Poor Support, and Toxic Learning Environment at Greenside Design Center

My daughter enrolled at Greenside Design Center College with great excitement to pursue her passion for interior design. She worked incredibly hard, balancing a full-time job while completing assignments – often through the night. In her first semester, she received marks of 90% across the board. She was overjoyed – until she received an email from the college saying the marks were incorrect and had been changed to 50%. According to the college's policy, 50% is the standard grade for non-submission. So, how did she go from 90% to 50% if she submitted everything and worked herself to exhaustion? No explanation was offered—just a downgrade and silence. Lecturers were reported to be rude and completely lacking in empathy. They piled on unrealistic amounts of work and had no concern for the fact that these were part-time students trying to balance jobs and studies. The pressure eventually became unbearable, and my daughter, a strong and determined person, gave up and walked away. We are now being chased by lawyers for payment. For what exactly? For trauma? For poor service and zero accountability? If you read the reviews, this experience is not unique. I regret ever allowing my daughter to register at this institution. They do not care about students. They care about payments.
