Incorrect support of mental disabilities (even when promised there IS support)

I have had two main issues with this school. The first is that whoever was in charge of Debit Orders (or scheduled fee charges) just never did their job and we were only charged half a year, leading the school to threaten us with legal action for an issue that was their fault. This issue occurred for many if not the entire class of 2023.

My other issue is their total lack of support and possible outright ableism regarding students with disorders. When asking about disability support, I was told I may request concessions regarding my disorder so long as I have an official medical report to supply (only one was needed, I was told). I requested support regarding group work and verbal/camera presentations - and I was permitted these concessions so long as I complete all group members work (thereby increasing workload) and so long as I completed the rest of the work regarding research of the presentations.

One of my teachers didn't appreciate this, and they told me "after discussing with support" that my concessions have been retracted. I am required to supply a medical report per task I need concessions for now (this is not what was said in their support/rules at the time), meaning every single task requires a medical report from a private doctor which cost upwards of R1000 per report. Besides being a ridiculous request, I was told "we have many students with your disorder in your class, why are YOU having issues?" and that I can no longer make use of the previously given concessions.

As a result, I never asked for more help and I did not succeed the year. Don't attend if you have any condition of any sort that will require help or concessions.
