bad experience

I was registered wrong by my student advisor in first year and was invoiced 20K more than i should have been. In April that year i noticed the problem and asked to be moved, they told me they moved me, I was never credited my funds back. in my second year it happened again and after a long back and forth i was moved to the right study registration format and was credited the extra funds form 2nd year. I am now in Third year and was registered correctly but was told that i will never see the first-year extra funds as i had no proof of asking to be moved, when i showed proof i was not contacted again. I would not recommend GDC if you don't want to struggle with Admin and registration.
