Calls a contractor for urgent work that needs to be done, while job was almost done owner signed a job card that says about 80% payment needs to be paid before the work and the remaing 20% when job is done and that they are happy with the work. After job was complete, we still have not received any form of payment Emails were sent but no reply Phone calls were made but no one answered Whatsapps were sent but no reply from owner and staff keep saying they will pass it on to the owner.
