Very poor service

I placed an order for a pc case on the 24th of December 2024. I made payment and payment was confirmed as I received an order number. Since then there has been no correspondence from the company. I tried calling the company but there was no answer. In addition to that I sent an email but did no receive a response. I eventually got through to the company yesterday 27th of December. The consultant who took the call told me that it is after hours and they are working very minimal at the moment but he will check on my order and get back to me. Not surprised that did not happen. When I called today 28th of December, he told me he is going home now and that I should call him on Monday. When I told him that the service was very poor, he told me that I must respect his time off. I made him aware that I did contact the company during working hours twice but did not receive any help but he again insisted that I must call him next week Monday. When I asked for the details of the owner of the company, he told me that it does not work like that and he cut the call. All the reviews on this company point towards bad service. Can anyone please assist me locate the owner of the company? Thank you.
