Shocking - should rather have ordered from Takealot

Terrible - do not use. Ordered a product weeks ago and after a week I called to find out where my order was . This was after writing an email which was not answered. I got through to someone who could barely understand what I was saying - 2nd call better as I reached the manager. Het old me supplier had no stock of what I ordered(why is it on website then for sale?) he promised to follow up Tuesday(3 days ago) and let me know. I wrote another email with no response - tried calling but seems they blocked my number.
