Item out of stock, fast refund

I've read a lot of ****py reviews. Here is my experience with them. I ordered a headset (quite expensive) on the Friday. After following up, the manager confirmed on the Monday afternoon that there is unfortunately no stock. After a few minutes I received a refund report, and my money was back in my account on the Tuesday. Guys, this manager was really helpful. Just give them a chance.
